He is preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, and one brother.
Joe will be remembered by his wife - Bobbye Westmoreland of Gustine, Texas; his sons - Darrell Westmoreland of Lubbock, Texas, Kevin Westmoreland of Weatherford, Texas, Lanny Jennings of Fort Worth, Texas, and Ronnie Allen of Golthswaite, Texas; his daughters - Sherri Jo Faulkner of Mobile, Alabama, Gina Muller of Arlington, Texas, and Balinda Allen of Graham, Texas; his brother - Jerry Westmoreland of Dublin, Texas; four grandchildren & several great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends who will miss him greatly.
