Hazel Lee Stevens, 70, of 1547 S. 10th St., died Saturday at University Hospital. She was a native of Spencer County.

Survivors include her husband, William H. Stevens; two brothers, Blufford Chesser of Mount Washington and Floyd Chesser of Taylorsville; and two sisters, Dora Patton of Taylorsville and Ella Greene.

The funeral will be at noon Thursday at Arch L. Heady Portland Funeral Home, 518 N. 26th St., with burial in Manslick Road Cemetery. Visitation at the funeral home will be after 10 a.m. Thursday.
