Gerald was born to the late Alfred and Violet Teague on November 5, 1924, in Lakewood, Ohio. He proudly served in the United States Navy from June 1943 to April 1946 as Radioman second class.
Gerald married the love of his life, Marjorie, on June 7, 1947. He became a minister with the Evangelical Friends Church in 1954. His work with the Friends Church brought his family to Wichita in 1973. Gerald touched many lives spiritually from Ohio to Kansas with his life's work. His love for family and friends was far reaching throughout the U.S. and England.
Preceded in death by wife, Marjorie on June 29, 2005. Survivors: daughters, Lori (Barry) Shaw and Gwyn Jacobs; son, Scott (Melody) Teague, all of Wichita; 9 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren. Downing & Lahey Mortuary West.
