Funeral services were held Friday afternoon at two oclock at the Huff Funeral Home for Mrs. Fred Abbiehl of Ladysmith, Wis., who died April 30 at St. Mary's Hospital in Ladysmith after an illness of a week from pneumonia. Rev. A. F. McKain, pastor of Grace United Brethren church officiated in the service and burial was in Bremen cemetery.
Anna Housekeeper Abbiehl was born January 18, 1876, in Newport, Pa., and was fifty-nine years, three months and twelve days old at the time of her death. On March 7, 1915, she was united in marriage with Fred Abbiehl in South Bend. They lived in Bremen for a number of years following their marriage, going from here to Ladysmith about fifteen years ago.
Surviving relatives are her husband; one daughter, Mrs. Hazel Moss of South Bend; one sister, Mrs. Luly Kreidler of South Bend; and two brothers, John Housekeeper of South Bend, and Edward Housekeeper of Syracuse, N. Y.
