Betty Kay Smith, of Vendor, passed from this life on Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at her home. She was 84 years old.

Visitation will be Sunday, October 22, 2017 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at Holt Memorial Chapel.

Funeral service is Monday, October 23, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Big Creek Assembly of God Church in Vendor. Anthony Kent will officiate. Burial will be in Smith Cemetery. Pallbearers are Jered Tomlinson, Jesse Sells, Joey Criner, Robbie Roebke, David Roebke, and Randy Kent.

The daughter of Kelsey and Pearl (Heath) Gilmore was born on February 21, 1933 at Wagoner, OK.

Betty enjoyed gardening, quilting, sewing, and music. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She attended the Big Creek Assembly of God Church.

Her husband, J.W. Smith; her parents; and all but one sibling preceded her in death.

Survivors include her four daughters, Paula and James Davis, Julene and Bill Roebke, Rita Smith and Guido, and Abbie and Mike Tomlinson; one brother, Arnold Gilmore; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
