Jamie Lynn Lewis, son of Edward and Bonnie Lewis, went to be with the Lord on Monday, July 10, 2017 at the age of 40 years old after a tragic automobile accident.
Born on April 20, 1977, Jamie enjoyed hunting, fishing, racing, camping, and spending time with his two boys, Jeremiah and Talon.
He worked as a heavy equipment operator most of his life. Jamie was always a very loving, giving person.
He would give the shirt off his back to anyone in need. Jamie valued his family and loved and cherished time with his loved ones.
Jamie was preceded in death by his father, Ed Lewis; niece, Tiffany Morgan; grandparents, Clinton and Prema Bowman, and Oliver and Juanita Lewis.
Jamie is survived by his mother, Bonnie (Bowman) Lewis; his two sons, Jeremiah and Talon Lewis; the mother of his children, Donnette (Riley) Lewis; his sister, Tammy (Lewis) Morgan and husband Terry; brother, Mike Lewis and wife Linda; brother, DeWayne Lewis and wife Gayla; niece, Rhonda Lewis and husband Bobby; niece, Amber (Bernard) Hill and husband Max; nephew, Aaron Wells; niece, Brittany (Morgan) Sines and husband Jeremy; nephew, Dylan Lewis; niece, Nicole Ferguson; niece, Brooke Ferguson; nephew, Justin Sheally; niece, Amber (Sheally) Stonesifer and husband Trevor, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and great nieces and nephews.
Viewing for Jamie will be Sunday, July 16, 2017 from 3-7pm at C & S Fredlock Funeral Home, P.A., 21 N 2nd Street, Oakland. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home on Monday, July 17, 2017 at 11:00am with Pastor Joseph Spiker officiating.
Jamie will be laid to rest alongside his father and his niece at Garrett Memorial Gardens in Oakland, Maryland.
