BALLENGER, ANGELINA RENEE "ANGEL," 36, passed away Sunday January 31, 2010 at University Hospital.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Brenda Haynes.
She leaves behind her loving grandmother, her father, her brother, two uncles, and three nephews.
She will forever be remembered for her kind heart, her dedication to her friends and family but above all the enormous love she had for her two kids.
Cremation was chosen. A memorial service will be held on Friday February 5, 2010 from 6-9 p.m. at the Fairdale Lyons Club, 10101 Mitchell Hill Road Fairdale, KY 40018.
