CONFLICT: Although his tombstone gives his age as 64 years at the time of death - he was apparently three years older. There is a Quaker record for the births of the children of Joseph and Judith Russell that list Barnabas Russell as being born the 26th day of the 3rd month 1745 in Dartmouth, Massachusetts. Before 1752 they were using the Julian calendar (old) where the first month of the year was March then in 1752 the Gregorian calendar was used (new) - Record posted on FamilySearch in the memories of Barnabas Russell. More confirmation and research needed to add the birth info. I think this is the same Barnabas as given in 1745 but will try to find more documentation.
