Rachel Dawn Derrick Moore, 44, of Valdese, passed away on Thursday July 27, 2017 at Hospice of Rutherford County after a period of declining health.
Rachel was born June 20, 1973 in Watauga Co. a daughter of the late Rick and Evelyn Ledford Derrick.
She was of the Baptist Faith and was employed as a knitter in the textile industry.
Graveside Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday July 31, 2017 at Burke Memorial Park with Rev. Roger Webb officiating.
The family will receive friends from 12 until 1:45 PM at Heritage Funeral Service, Valdese.
