"Marian Mitchell, 85, of 152 Moore Road, Waterford, died at her home
Friday, Oct. 25, 1996.
"She was born in North East on Aug. 24, 1911, daughter of the late
Mark and Jessie Balzer Munger.
"Mrs. Mitchell worked for General Electric Co. for several years and
also farmed with her husband.
"She was a member of Asbury Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence W. Mitchell, on
June 20, 1995; they were married on April 29, 1929.
"Also preceding her in death were a daughter, Betty Gradler, and two
sons, Charles and Richard Mitchell.
"Survivors include a daughter, Annette Fox of Sugar Grove and her
husband, Richard; a son, Paul Mitchell of Waterford and his wife, Mary; a brother, Walter Munger of Erie.
Burial will be at Waterford Cemetery."
