Age 94, of Brookville, passed away Thursday, June 4, 2015 in Columbus, Ohio following a brief illness. He was preceded in death by his wife, JoAnn Long & by a sister, Margaret Lacey. Franklin was a US Army veteran of WWII and he worked many years for Metropolitan Clothiers in downtown Dayton. He is survived by a sister, Irma Mees; nephew, Tom Lacey; great-nephews, Paul & Robert Lacey; 3 great-great-nephews; step-children, Mike & Susie Weaver and numerous other relatives and friends. Graveside services will be held 10 AM Sat. June 6 at Royal Oak Memorial Gardens in Brookville.
