Katherine Yvonne Goodman Cook, age 59 of Winchester, passed away on Monday, July 24, 2017 at Southern Tennessee Regional Health Systems. She was born in Lincoln County on December 27, 1959 to the late George Robert and Virginia Louise Hunt Thomason. Kathy enjoyed riding on the boat and fishing, camping, and getting out and riding around. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, William Homer Thomason. She is survived by her husband, Vernon Cook; son, Robbie (Carollee) Counts; daughter, Danielle Goodman; stepson, Michael (Tracy) Cook; grandchildren, Cheyanne Counts, Christian Counts, Kelton Wilkes, Kyleigh Lowery, Dakota Lowery, and Asa Lowery; sisters, Linda Robertson and Judy Harrod; and brothers, Carl Anthony Thomason, Frank Finchum, Phillip Thomason, and Larry Thomason. Graveside Services will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, July 29, 2017 at Winchester Memorial with Rev. Todd Coutta officiating.
