Jeffery Rene Clark transitioned from labor to reward on Wednesday, July 19, 2017 surrounded by family. He was 50 years old. He leaves to cherish his memories two brothers, Jerry Jackson (Joann), Cherokee, IA; Thomas L. Clark, Montgomery, AL; two sisters, Sandra P. Clark and Anita A. Clark, New Orleans, LA; his loyal companion, best friend, and caregiver Tomika Ruffin Jordan (Darrell), New Orleans, LA; Aunt, Marylee Bullock of McComb, MS; four nephews, Tony Wollman, Jason S. Jackson, Jacob Jackson and Peter Clark and three nieces, Judy Clark, Megan L. Jackson and Tamesha Tolliver. He is also survived by a host of relatives and friends in McComb, MS, Waukegan, IL, Cherokee, IA, Las Vegas, NV, and Washington, D.C. Waiting to greet him in glory are his loving parents, Solomon and Bessie J. Clark; brothers, James Jackson and Robert Clark, all of whom preceded him in death. Family, friends and associates of Chevron Corporation, MPress Printing, New Orleans District Attorney's Office, Royal Sonesta Hotel, City of New Orleans/NORD, The Landing, Capital One, Davita West Bank Chronic Center (Dr. Thomas Mims), New Orleans Cardiovascular Institute (Dr. Frank Wilklow), Dr. Michael Adinolfi Internal & Vascular Medicine, Guardian Home Health and Mystic Krewe of Nyx are invited to attend The Celebration of Life on Wednesday, July 26, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Boulevard, New Orleans, LA.
Interment at Lake Lawn Park Mausoleum. Pastor Cardarius K. Grady will officiate.
