Lexington, SC - Arthur T. Paul, Jr. (Doc) 88, was received into heaven on July 25, 2017. A. T. was the son of the late Arthur T. and Mamie Fraylick Paul. He is survived by his sweetheart of 66 years, Doris Thornton Paul. He is also survived by his son: Tetie (Lonna); daughter: Susan Paul Miller and the late Robert Miller; grandsons: Clint Paul (Cheryl) and Paul Miller (Alana); great grandsons: Pierson, Hudson & Colton Paul and Jonah & Caleb Miller. He was predeceased by his much loved grandson, Joseph Miller.

A. T. served in the U. S. Air Force and was a letter carrier for 41 years. He was a member of St. Peter’s Lutheran Church where he served on numerous committees. He was an active member of Lutheran Men and The Golden Ages Sunday School Class where he served as teacher.

Services will be held on Thursday July 27, 2017 at 11 AM at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, 1130 St. Peter’s Church Road, Lexington, SC with burial to follow at the church cemetery. The family will receive friends immediately following the service in the Parish Life Center. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to St. Peter’s Lutheran Church. The family will be at the home of Susan Miller.
