Pamela Marie Matthews "Pam" (Brumfield) age 66 of Hobart, Indiana passed away at Miller's Merry Manor on July 20, 2017 after a lingering illness. She was born July 7, 1951 in Gary, Indiana to the late John & Catherine Brumfield. She accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior at an early age. Pam graduated from Roosevelt High School evening Class of 1970. Preceded in death by her siblings Richard Jackson and Paul W. Brumfield. She leaves to cherish her memories daughter Roshanda Williams; son Marchant Matthews; Aunt Maeora Morgan; three loving sisters Johnnie Mae Martin; Cheryl D. Brumfield and Joyce Ann (Joel) Joiner; two grandchildren Darrius Taylor and Verdale (Amanda) Williams; three great grandchildren Draiya Taylor, Jairius K. & Valencia M. Williams; two nephews; four nieces and a host of great nieces & nephews, relatives and friends. Visitation Friday July 28, 2017 from 9:00a.m.-11:00 a.m. Family hour 10:00a.m.-11:00a.m. with funeral services to follow at 11:00a.m. both at Tree of Life M. B. Church 2323 W. 11th Avenue Dr. Cato Brooks, Jr. Senior Pastor. Dr. Eric Boone Sr. officiating. Interment Evergreen Cemetery.
