SIERRA VISTA — Mitchell Preston Barnett, 53, passed away quietly at Banner/UMC in Tucson, Arizona, May 28, 2017.
He was a resident of Arizona for 11 years. Mitchell was a wonderful father, friend, and soulmate. He will be remembered for his love of fishing, and quick sense of humor and wit.
He was loved by so many; worked and lived his life to the fullest. He is free now, to be with everyone and everything that he loved. Mitchell will be truly missed.
He is survived by his son, Michael Gene Barnett; daughter, Danielle Stroad; longtime love and soulmate, Rebecca Conners; mother, Sandra Barnett; and sister, Cynthia Stevens.
R.I.P., my Rambling Man.
Services were held at Jensen’s Sierra Vista Mortuary for family members only on June 5, 2017.
