Mary Pope? Poulter Aylett Parker Chamberlain(e)
Based on her gravestone's inscription Mary was born about 1605. She was the widow successively of John Poulter, yeoman and John Aylett, draper, both of Rayleigh, Essex, England. In 1642 she married John Parker in Great Burstead, Essex, England. They and Mary's three children with Poulter (born between 1631 and 1635) emigrated to Massachusetts sometime before 1649, finally settling in Billerica about 1661. She was widowed again in 1667. In 1674 she married Thomas Chamberlain, Sr. (as his 2nd wife). She died in Chelmsford in February 1692 (old style, 1693 new style) at age 88. Thomas Chamberlain died in 1700.
Mary had three children: Mary Poulter, Elizabeth Poulter, and John Poulter.
Mary's mother was mentioned by name, Marie Pope, in John Poulter's will but perhaps Marie had married a Pope after Mary's birth.
