Billy Dean Tolliver, 73, passed away July 14, 2017 in Tomball, Texas after a short battle with cancer.

He leaves behind his son Brian; his son-in-law Jeff Levy; his sister Mildred Jent; his brothers Kenzie and Richard; 5 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; and many close friends.  

Billy was born on April 21, 1944 in Littcarr, KY to Boyd and Violet Tolliver.  At a young age he met his future wife Abbie whom he would go on to have three children with - Brian, Dean, and Angela.

His passion early and throughout his life was cars, which eventually led him to the metro Detroit area.  He began working on cars and gaining his expertise as a mechanic.  He later moved to the Houston area where he continued his career as a mechanic at Lone Star Ford where he eventually retired.

He was known as a helpful and generous man who always put others before himself.  No matter the situation, he would drop what he was doing to help a friend in need.

His viewing will be Monday July 17 from 5-8 pm at Klein Funeral Home in Tomball, TX. The funeral service will be at Klein Cemetery in Tomball, TX. at 11 am on Tuesday July 18.
