Dorothy White Renn, 89, formerly of Henderson died Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at Louisburg Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Born in Vance County, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Odell and Sarah McIntyre White. She was the widow of Edward Daily Renn.

Mrs. Renn was a retired employee of Harriett & Henderson Yarns, Inc. She was a member of Westwood Pentecostal Holiness Church.

A private graveside service was held at Sunset Gardens.

Surviving are two daughters, Edna Jean R. Martin and Sarah R. Coghill, both of Henderson; three grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; eleven great-great grandchildren and one great-great-great grandchild. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Irene White and Peggy W. Keeling; five brothers, Cecil White, Dallas White, Thomas White, Jack White and Reuben White; and a great-granddaughter, Ashley Coggsdale.
