Joseph Robert Vigil, 62, passed away July 16, 2017.
He was born Nov. 1, 1954, in Pueblo, Colo., to parents, Cornellio Navor and Rebecca Baros-Martinez.
Joseph was preceded in death by his father, Cornelio; and daughter, Christy.
Early in life, he attended Oregon State College and was awarded a swimming scholarship.
More recently, he retired as a property manager.
He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Erickson-Vigil; mother, Rebecca; daughters, Char, Linda and Erica; sisters, Mary (Arthur) Arellano, Joann (Harold) Sandoval; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Memorial service, 1 p.m. today, Angelus Chapel.
