Taylor - services for Edwin M Berg, 78 of Rt. 1, Taylor will be Tuesday at First Lutheran Church, North Beaver Creek, rural Ettrick, Wi. Rev Robert Nelson will officiate with burial in the church cemetery.


He was born a September 17, 1908 in Bear Creek, rural Ettrick to Thomas and Betsy (Olson) Berg. He married Norma M Johnson in 1936 in Blair. He farmed in Franklin (Jackson Co. ) and owned and operated a milk route and feed mill in Franklin.


Survivors are his wife, two sons Duane and Dennis, two daughters Elaine Berg and Joyce Blacken of Melrose. 8 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, A sister Bernice Stenberg of Ettrick also survives.


Note 1: lived with brother Sam G and sister Bernice Berg/Stenberg in 1930 in EC.


Note 2: Edwin D Berg (1909-1969) of Chimney Rock lived nearby
