Jennifer LaVerne Wiley, of Piney Flats, TN celebrated a joyous reunion with her cherished family members as she entered her heavenly home on Wednesday, July 19, 2017.
She was reunited with her loved ones who preceded her: husband, of over 40 years, Mirdeath (Mack) Wiley; father, Archie Dillard; first born grandson, Colton Taylor; brothers, Marc Dillard and Keith Dillard.
Survivors include her daughter, Kami Wiley; her son, Rev. Joshua Wiley and wife, Felecia; her mother, Dr. Geneva Dillard, and five grandsons, Zay Taylor, Lucas Taylor, Nick Taylor, Gabriel Wiley and Ezekiel Wiley, all of Bristol, TN.
Along with her strong faith in God, she was a devoted and loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, nana, friend and nurse.
She will be remembered by her family, friends and co-workers as an amazing and special lady whose nursing career spanned 35 years across multiple areas of service including Home Health Care, travel nurse and administrator. She was an exceptional caring nurse. She was artistically talented and an amazing singer. She will be greatly missed by all whose lives she touched.
The celebration of her life will be on Friday, July 21, 2017 at 7:00 P.M., at Fellowship Chapel with Pastor Scott Price and Pastor Mark Overton officiating. Pallbearers will be Zay Taylor, Josh Wiley, Michael Bourne, Harold Church, Pierce Neel and Brian Bishop. Honorary pallbearers will be J.D. Boothe and John Hammond. The committal service and entombment will be at 10:00 A.M., Saturday in Mountain View Cemetery Mausoleum. The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 6:45 P.M., Friday at the church prior the service.
