Keith Bernard Payne, 52, of Galveston made his final transition from this physical world on July 19, 2017 in Austin, Texas.
Keith was born in Galveston, Texas September 24, 1964 to Patricia Payne and Loucelius Kirby, Jr.
He was preceded in death by his brother Roy Lee Payne and grandparents Lela Mae Kirby, Loucelius Kirby, Sr. and Doreatha and Ralph Payne.
Keith graduated from Ball High school in 1983. He had a short stint in United States Army Reserves. Keith held various jobs in local Galveston eateries. He had a great interest in studying the bible and attended church when he could.
He leaves to mourn his passing, his parents; his siblings, a brother Kermit Payne a sister Bonita Payne, a nephew Davon Henderson, a niece Ashley Henderson. He leaves a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and others to cherish his memories.
A memorial service to say goodbye will be held 11:00am Saturday, July 29, 2017 at Carnes Brothers Funeral Home in Galveston, TX with visitation beginning at 9:00am.
