Brrian Kevin "Big Brian" Butler, 49 of Newbern, Tennessee died on Wednesday, July 19, 2017, at Tennova Healthcare-Dyersburg Regional in Dyersburg, Tennessee.
Born Thursday, February 1, 1968 in Dyersburg, Tennessee.
Mr. Butler was a employee of the Dyer County Highway Department and a former coach for Dyersburg Dixie Youth Baseball for many years.
Funeral services for Mr. Butler will be 1:30 P.M. on Saturday, July 22, 2017 in the Chapel of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home. Officiating this service will be Mr. Scotty Childress. Interment will follow in the Butler Family Cemetery in Newbern, Tennessee. Visitation will be Friday from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Johnson-Williams Funeral Home.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Butler of Newbern, Tennessee; one son, Brian Edward Butler (Becky) of Newbern, Tennessee; one daughter, Leigh Anne Daniels (Josh) of Finley, Tennessee; mother, Gale Willis Seaton of Dyersburg, Tennessee; step-father, Ron Seaton of Arlington, Tennessee; three sisters, Courtney Butler Campbell (David) and Jossie Swafford (Bubba) all of Dyersburg, Tennessee and Tara Vick (Tyler) of Newbern, Tennessee; his grandmother, Dixie Willis of Newbern, Tennessee; four grandchildren, Bo Hunter Butler, Chloe Beth Daniels, Lilli Daniels and Briar Luke Butler and a host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Eddie Butler and grandparents, Barnard Willis and Eugene and Martha Butler.
Pallbearers will be Tristen Sipes, Coley Willis, Justin Brock, John Tyler Willis, Brad Childress and Lyle Willis.
Honorary pallbearers will be Alvin Wilson, Dicky Rigsby, Stacy Pruitt and Bobby Childress.
