In addition to his parents, he is survived by his Wife, Nick Schroeder-Millitzer, of Covington, a Son Michael Millitzer of Covington, a Daughter, Shania Goble, of Hoopeston, IL, and a Brother, Darren Millitzer, of Shelbyville, IN.
In keeping with his wishes, his body has been cremated.
