Born in Everett, Pa., October 27, 1904, Harry W. Harclerode was the son of Shannon and Estella Showalter Harclerode. He had been employed at the North American plant in Mount Union since. 1922.
On August 13, 1923, he was united in marriage with Miss Sara Johnston of Mount Union and they went to housekeeping at Kistler. They moved into Mount Union in 1934 when they have since resided.
Surviving are the widow and the following children: Betty Jane, Harry Jr., and Patricia Lee, all at home. The mother, Mrs. Estella Harclerode, one sister, Mrs. Louie Canino, of Philadelphia and one brother, David B. Harclerode of Kistler, also survive.
Friends are being received at the late home, 106 Morgan Street.
Funeral services will be held at the home Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock in charge of Rev. E. A. Henry of the First Methodist Church of Mount Union, and interment, directed by Clark Funeral service, will be made in the I.O.O.F. cemetery at Mount Union.
