Lynch, Gerald Edward (Jay) passed away at his home in Gunnison, Colorado on Sunday, March 12, 2017. He was preceded in death by his father, Gerald Richard Lynch and nephew Lcpl Robert Nolan Wiley. He is survived by his mother Virginia (Lee) Lynch, sisters Christine Marie (Vincent) Wiley, Theresa Ann Coe and Mary Elizabeth Rogers, nieces and nephews Andrew Wiley, Timothy Wiley, Nicole Wiley Scott, James Harworth, Joseph Harworth, Jessica (Bill) Hodge and Brandie (Beau) Stanfill, as well as many great-nieces and great-nephews. Jay was a graduate of Beavercreek High School class of 1984. Jay was a master craftsman designing and installing marble, tile and granite. He was an avid outdoorsman. He loved fly fishing and snowboarding. Jay was a gentle soul with a great sense of humor who will be missed by many. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m., Friday July 21, 2017 at Immaculate Conception Church, Dayton, OH. Inurnment of cremated remains at Calvary Cemetery following Mass.
