Dennis Allan Crowe, 64, of Oakridge, died Sunday, February 18, 2007 from cancer related causes.
He was born August 7, 1942 in Hood River, Oregon to Wallace and Myrtle (Wareman) Crowe. He grew up and attended school in Hood River and received a Bachelor's degree from Oregon State University.
He married Roberta Ann Rayl in Reedsport on February 2, 1973. He was a Logger and Forest Engineer. Logging and the outdoors were his major focuses in life. He enjoyed reading, studying history, boats and sailing. He was a skilled carpenter and built several homes and smaller projects .
He is survived by a daughter , Julie Baldwin of Chesapeake, Virginia, two sons, Dean Crowe of Portland, Oregon and Murray Crowe of Crooked River Ranch, Oregon, a sister, Lorraine Herr of The Dalles, and 4 grandchildren.
A private cremation was held.
