Conewago Township, Bruce W. Sage, Jr., 62, died at 4 a.m. Friday, July 14, 2017 at York Hospital.

Born July 25, 1954 in York, he was a son of the late Bruce W. Sage, Sr. and Miriam (Kuhn) Sage.

Mr. Sage served in the United States Navy and worked as a forklift driver for Overnight Trucking of York. He was also a member of the Girard Athletic Association.

Mr. Sage is survived by two sons, Bruce Sage III of Etters, and Will Cook of Mechanicsburg; a daughter, Vanessa Shatzer of Dover; seven grandchildren, Ezra, Ariel, Avan, Camden, Aiden, Liem, and Emory; and five siblings, Tammy, Randy, Ricky, Larry, and Sandy Sage.

He was also preceded in death by a brother; and two sisters.

Funeral services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Friday, July 21, 2017 at the Semmel Chapel of Workinger Semmel Funeral Homes and Cremation, 849 E. Market St., York.

Viewing will be 9 to 11 a.m. Burial will be in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens with full military honors presented by the Pennsylvania Military Funeral Honors. KuhnerAssociates.com
