She is survived by her children, Tabitha Doiron of Sulphur, LA. and Talon Sonnier of Lakeland, LA.; mother, Faye Jarreau Ruiz of New Roads, LA.; father and step-mother, Steven Newman and wife Virginia of Houston, Texas; sister, Heather Hutchens of Pensacola, Florida; step brothers, David Sims of Baton Rouge, Zachary Newman of Houston, Texas; step sisters, Jennifer Clouse of Houston, Texas, Angela Jackson of Houston, Texas. Fiancé, Cory Worley of New Roads, LA. Visiting will be held at Niland's Funeral Home in New Roads, LA. on Monday July 17, 2017 from 12 noon until religious services in the funeral home parlor at 3:00 pm. Conducted by Rev. Jason McNaughten. Services will be followed by cremation.
