Bob was born on August 2, 1937, at Binghamton General Hospital in Binghamton, NY. Bob is the son of Clarence and Pearl Geesey of Cortland, NY. Bob attended McGraw Central School in the 50’s and always expressed fond memories of his close friends and classmates. He faithfully served his country in the United States Air Force. He was a supervisor for a Cortland company called Rotelcom and was also a great car salesman for several dealers in the Cortland area. He also worked for Eddydale farms in Newfield, NY and finished his working days as a supervisor at NYSEG in Ithaca, NY.
He is survived by his loving wife, Lois Geesey, of Summer Hill, NY, a son David (Cindy) Geesey of Fuquay-Varina, NC, two daughters, Cindy (Ray) Sulsh of Frisco, Texas and Laura Geesey (Jack) Shawley of Candor, NY, grandchildren Amanda, Nicole, Jessica, Joanna, Jack III, Brian, David, Jamie and great-grandchildren, Grayson, Wade, Jack IV and Ashlyn. He also takes with him his forever love for his son Steven Geesey (deceased).
Bob will be most remembered for his love of the outdoors, his knowledge as a sportsman, his many friendships in his life and his love for his family.
