Gerald R. Fountain age 78, of Woolmarket, passed away on Friday, July 14, 2017 in Ocean Springs, MS.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Chester and Jane (Bosarge) Fountain; one brother, Donny Fountain; and one granddaughter, Crystal Fountain.
He is survived by his children, Tina Calcote and her husband, Mark of Vancleave, MS, Michael Fountain and his wife, Debbie, of Walker, LA, Denise Rossow and her husband, Daniel, of St. Martin, MS, Anthony Fountain and his wife, Monica of Nashville, TN., and Karen Fountain of Illinois; one sister, Maryjane Keebler and her husband, Gerald, of Ocean Springs, MS; grandchildren, Danielle Landry, Joshua, Matthew and Kacie Fountain, Kyle, Andrew and David Rossow, Kirsten Trembley, Austin, Aryssa, Olivia, and Madison Fountain; and a future great granddaughter, Stella.
Gerald was a native of Biloxi, and a graduate of St. Martin High School. He especially enjoyed his family dinners where he cooked crawfish, king crabs and awesome gumbo for all to enjoy.
He was a great father, grandfather and will be greatly missed and forever loved by his family. He was of the Catholic Faith.
The funeral service will be held on Sunday, July 16, 2017 at 3:30 pm, with visitation for friends and family from Noon until the service at Riemann Family Funeral Home, 13872 Lemoyne Blvd, at Washington Ave., West Jackson County. Burial will follow in Bosarge Cemetery in St. Martin.
