Mr. Cooper was a carpenter, builder and realtor prior to his retirement. He was a member of the Carpenters Union Local 687, Marysville Lions Club, Boy Scouts and Marysville United Methodist Church.
Mr. Cooper is survived by a daughter, Anne Welch of Marysville; four grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; sisters, Zella Hall of Pittsburgh and Loretta Schneider of Pennsylvania; and a half-sister, Mary McCombs of Pittsburgh.
Services were held in Marysville United Methodist Church, with the Rev. James M. Thompson officiating. Burial was in Riverlawn Cemetery, Marysville.
