She was born September 10, 1944, in Charleston, MO, to the late Orville and Lucille James Smith and was a 1962 graduate of Anniston High School.
She is survived by her husband, Robert F. Chandler; her daughter, Angie (Dwayne) Green; two grandchildren, Leah Danelle Green and Logan Dwayne Green; two brothers, Chester Smith and Jimmy Smith.
