Paul, 65, of Oakdale, entered eternal rest on Wednesday, July 12, 2017 in the Grace Home of Alexandria. He was born November 18, 1951 in Oakdale to the union of Alfred “Pretty Daddy” Ware, Sr. and Edna Mae “Big Mama” Doyle Ware.
He is preceded in death by his parents; and one brother, Ben Roy Ware.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are: his loving companion of 35 years, Wanda Stevens of Oakdale; three sons, Aaron Paul Stevens, Justin Cruise Stevens, and Allen Paul Richmond all of Oakdale; one daughter, Darlena (Wilson) LeDoux of Kinder; three stepdaughters, Tina Bloodsworth, Jennifer (Brandon) Ballard both of Oakdale, and Lisa (John) Ballard of Many; five brothers, Preyfus (Brenda) Ware of DeQuincy, Frank James Ware, Alfred (Elvinia) Ware, Jr., Bobby (Janet) Ware, and Bruce Ware all of Oakdale; four sisters, Nettie Bryant, Linda (Webster) McDaniel, Nelda (Roy Dubroc) Ware, and Margie (Rick) Nichols all of Oakdale; 22 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Pallbearers to serve will be Justin Stevens, Aaron Stevens, Roy Dubroc, Rick Nichols, Jordan Hollier, and Austin Spears. Honorary pallbearers to serve will be Kynsie LeDoux and Ashley Nichols.
Visitation will be held in the White Oaks Memorial Chapel, today, July 13, 2017 from 3 p.m. until 10 p.m., then on Friday, July 14, 2017 from 9 a.m. until time of service at 2 p.m. in the chapel.
