Born in Byron to the late Benjamin L. Robertson Sr. and Nell Peavy Robertson, Mr. Robertson was the former owner and operator of Robertson's Drug Store and had served in the Army. He was a 1947 graduate of Mercer University and a 1959 graduate of University of Georgia. A life long member of Byron United Methodist Church and the Aultman-Hammock Sunday School Class, he loved God, his family, the Bulldogs and the Braves. He was a charter member of the Byron Lions Club, and the only living charter and lifetime member in Georgia.
He is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Mary Baggarly Robertson.
