She was born Feb. 16, 1961, in Sunbury, a daughter of Carson Kratzer, of Winfield and Nancy Pursel Bauman, of New Berlin. On July 29, 1978, she married Earl E. Wagner who preceded her in death on Nov. 7, 2015.
Jackie attended Shikellamy High School.
She had been employed at McDonald's, Shamokin Dam, and later at Creation Windows, Selinsgrove.
She was a member of Grace Reformed Church, Troxelville.
Jackie loved animals and enjoyed going to the casinos and the beach. Her family, especially her grandchildren, were the joy of her life. She will be remembered for being a very giving person who cared for others, especially members of her family.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Justine and Michale Trevitz, of Selinsgrove; two sons and daughters-in-law, Corey M. and Jessica Wagner, of Middleburg, and Shawn H. and Cara Wagner, of New Berlin; two grandchildren, Peyton Trevitz and Levi Wagner; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Beth Tressler, of Selinsgrove, and Carla and Kevin Yeager, of Snydertown; her stepmother, Shirley Kratzer; several aunts and uncles, including special aunts and uncles, Patty and Raymond Simpson, of Winfield, and Bette and Ed Fox, of Sunbury, who helped care for Jackie; two step brothers, Rick and Wayne Bachman, of Middleburg; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by one brother, Shawn Kratzer; her grandmother, Martha Pursel who she cared for.
A viewing will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the Hummel Funeral Home, 574 Hill St., Middleburg, where the funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday with the Rev. A. Peter Christensen officiating.
Burial will be in the Troxelville Union Cemetery.
