By collision between an express train and some waggons, which had broken loose from a ballast train on the Peebles Railway, last evening, a boy of about seven years of age - the son of Charles Tennant, Esq of The Glen - was killed, and several other passengers were more or less severely wounded. Charles had been in Edinburgh for the day with his governess when the accident occurred near Penicuik.
