Dies in Ellis Hospital
Following Long Illness


Richard John Weisheit of 551 Summit avenue died early Saturday at Ellis Hospital following a long illness. He was 45. A graduate of the Cobleskill Agricultural College, he had operated his own farm at Glenmont, near Albany, before working in the state laboratories as a caretaker. Following an
earlier illness he had worked as an elevator operator at the state office building in Albany.

Funeral services will be held tomorrow at 2 p.m. at the Brasure Chapel, 342 Hamilton street. Albany, with Rev. Philip M. Luther of St. Petere's Lutheran church of Albany officiating. Interment will be in Sloansville Valley cemetery, Sloansville. Friends may call at the funeral chapel this evening.

Mr. Weisheit was a member of the Odd Fellows and of the Albany lodge of Macabee's. He was a former member of the board of the Menands Co-operative Market.

Survivors include his wife, Daisy Jeannette Fitzgerald Weisheit of Summit avenue; a sister, Mrs. Emil Suelz of Selkirk; and five brothers, William H. Weisheit of Albany, Thomas Weisheit of Detroit Mich., Dr. Henry Weisheit, David Weisheit and Edward Weisheit of Selkirk.

Weisheit, Thomas Weisheit of Detroit, Mich., Dr. Henry Weisheit, David Weisheit and Edward Weisheit of Selkirk. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral at the Brasure Chapel, 342 Hamilton St., on Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Friends may call at the chapel Monday evening. Interment Sloansville Valley Cemetery, Sloansville.

Albany City Lodge No. 385, IOOF, brethren are requested to attend the Odd Fellows service for our devoted past noble grand, Richard John Weisheit, at the Brasure Chapel, 342 Hamilton St., Monday evening 8 o'clock.
