She is survived by a son, Larry (Cris) Day of Live Oaks, Florida, two daughters, Sharon Nye of Georgetown, KY and Darlene (Larry Gambrill) Cyr of Flatwoods, Kentucky, three half-sisters, four half-brothers, along with five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
Mrs. Day was a member of the Fort Gay Baptist Church and a retired receiving clerk.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 pm Saturday, December 1st at Wilson Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Yatesville Memorial Garden, Louisa, KY. Friends may visit the family on Saturday, December 1st after 11:00 am at Wilson Funeral Home. All care has been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home.
