Bloved mother and wife, Teresa "Terry" Tabor, born Teresa DeJuno (D'aquanno), 87 passed away Friday September 4th. Terry had Dementia for several years. Teresa, DeJuno, was born 6 minutes after her identical twin sister, ElVera in Cleveland, Ohio, December 26, 1927. She graduated from John Adams high school and met her future husband Robert Tabor on a blind date, they were married for 64 years. Robert was a research chemist for companies like Ben Venue and Johnson&Johnson, and they moved to several cities as they raised their children: Buffalo, New York, Cleveland, Seattle, Washington, San Antonio and Arlington Texas. Terry worked as a draftsman for Ohio Bell. She had a love of fashion and dressed impeccably working in Seattle as an Asst. Manager for Lerner Shops and at Pat's Dress Shop in Arlington, Texas. She worked as a hostess at The Mexican Consulate and Fargo's restaurant in San Antonio Texas in the 1970's. Terry was a kind, creative, outgoing, outstanding, imaginative person who excelled in the fine arts. She attended The Cleveland Institute of Art for a decade of night classes. She was the warmest mother a person could have and a great cook of Italian, Czech and American dishes. In 1976 she became a Contact Crisis Line volunteer and helped troubled callers for many years. Terry did not know the word stranger and could strike up a conversation with anyone. Terry's last job was at UT Arlington as Locker Room Attendant/Manager. She was unofficial counselor to many girls and women helping them through crises and becoming lifelong friends and "mother" to some. She was very proud to win "Employee of the Year" before retiring, and loved her friends from work dearly.

Her son Mark Tabor preceded her in death in 2013.

Terry is survived by her husband Robert Tabor, daughter Laura, her husband Jason Huerta, and their son Ian Santi Huerta, and granddaughter by Mark; Autumn Acheson. She is also survived by her twin ElVera and her family in Cleveland, Ohio. Family was most important to Terry.
