Jo Carol Garrett was born May 7, 1945 in Clarksville, Arkansas and passed away July 7, 2017 in Tampa Florida at the age of 72.
She was retired secretary and of the Baptist Faith.
She is preceded in death by her parents Jett Blaylock and Nola Blaylock; and brother, Tommy Blaylock.
Survivors include her husband, Don Garrett of Tampa, Florida; daughters, Stephanie Cavanaugh and her husband Kenny of Tampa, Florida and Donna Jo East and husband Barry of Fort Smith; brother, Jerry Blaylock of Jonesboro; and grandchildren, Madison Cavanaugh, Jett Cavanaugh, and Jules East.
An open visitation will be held at Hardwicke Funeral Home.
Graveside service will be held 10 AM Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at the Oakland cemetery in Clarksville with John Matthews officiating.
