JASON SCOTT NICHOLS, age 32, of Berry, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, May 30, 2015, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center, in Lexington, Kentucky. Born in Harrison County, Kentucky, on July 6, 1982, to Dana Nichols, of Berry, and Phyllis Maybrier, of Cynthiana, he was a farmer.

Jason was preceded in death by his grandfather, Grover Gentry. Besides his parents, he is survived by: four daughters, Erin Nichols, Desiree Nichols, Gabriel Nichols and Emmy Nichols; his step-mother, Sandy Nichols; paternal grandparents, Marshall (Dottie) Nichols, of Berry; maternal grandmother, Geneva Hamilton, of Cynthiana; a sister, Brynn Nichols (Adam) Hardin, of Cynthiana; four nieces and nephews, Katelynn Nichols, Gunner Hardin, Devon Tolliver and Ally Tolliver; two special friends, Allen Richardson and Jane Tolliver; and two loving pets, Gizmo and Si.

Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 p.m. Thursday at Ware Funeral Home by Rev. Don Fryman, with visitation at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be in Pythian Grove Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Ware Funeral Home towards funeral expenses.
