North Sutton, NH-Sandra Rowe, born on May 18, 1960, of North Sutton, NH, passed away after a long illness on December 26, 2015.
Sandy was predeceased by her daughter, Melissa Newell Allen. She is survived by her parents, Harold and Carol Rowe of North Sutton, NH; her 99 year old grandmother, Marguerite Rowe of North Sutton, NH; her son, Matthew Newell, his wife, Stephanie and their sons, Brantley and Levi of Haverhill, NH; her brother and his family, Chris, Becca, Tristan and Cody; her brother and his family, Harold “Chip”, Jennifer and Andrea; aunts, uncles, cousins and her longtime friend, Dennis Stevens.
Sandy was so proud of her children. Watching Matt pitch throughout the years brought her so much joy. Sandy found great pleasure in making crafts and was a fabulous finish carpenter. She was instrumental in the formation of the Sutton Fast Squad and took extreme pride in volunteering at Musterfield Farm. She ran the sausage stand during Farm Days for years. Sandy was passionate about the family property and the majestic views from Chip’s camp. She spent hours in search of the perfect rocks with gold specs, butterflies, animals and birds. Mowing the field “just so” was very important to her. In the recent years reading to Brantley and Levi brought her tremendous enjoyment. She was eternally grateful for the love and support of family and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 2, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. at the Sutton Volunteer Fire Department.
