James Wesley Miller was born November 11, 1915 in Chillicothe, Ross County, Ohio. He was the son of William Henry Miller and Edith Alice Wilson. He proudly served his county during World War II the the Pacific Region. He married Violet Chimronia Myers on June 29, 1945 in Maysville, Kentucky. They had two sons and three daughters. He died Christmas morning 1997 in Springfield, Clark County, Ohio.
He was a loving and devoted farther, and husband. May he rest in peace until we see him again.
