Nora Jean 82, of Springfield, died Friday July 7, 2017 in the Springfield Masonic Community. She was born March 5, 1935 in Floyd County, Kentucky, the daughter of Johnnie and Anne (Hall) Adams.

She was a member of Forest Valley Free Will Baptist Church. Nora and her husband owned and operated Northside Appliance for many years.

Survivors include her granddaughter, Jessica (Matthew) Saner of Mooresville, Indiana; great grandchildren, Zoey and Duncan Saner; brother, James Adams of Lorain; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband of fifty-seven years, John K. Jackson in 2013 and a son, John Michael Jackson in 1982.

Nora's funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday July 13, 2017 in the LITTLETON & RUE FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Del Wallace officiating. A gathering of family and friends will be held one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.
