Mrs. Virginia (Parker) Norwood, 82, was born in High Point, N.C., the daughter of the late M. Lucious Parker and Marie (Blackmon) Parker. She is survived by two daughters.; five grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; two sisters, Lucille Williams of Colonie and Alene Young-Larry of Syracuse, N.Y.; one brother, Dillard Parker of Albany; a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
