Chartay Latony "Tay" Jeter, 33, of 2413 Wade Hampton Boulevard, Greenville, SC died Sunday, March 6, 2016. A native of Union County, he was the son of Bonnie Jeter of Greer, SC and the late Weldon Jeter. He was a member of Holy Trinity Anglican Catholic Church of Greenville, SC. He was a 2001 graduate of Union High School and was an employee of Diamond Wire Spring Southeast Plant. Survivors in addition to his mother include: one daughter, Eva Jeter of Fountain Inn, SC; two brothers, Michael (Nadja) Smith of TN and Dewayne Smith of Union, SC; two sisters, Shana (Phillip) Gilliam of Spartanburg, SC and Destiny Kemp of Greer, SC; his maternal grandmother, Mattie Lee Thomas of Union, SC; his paternal grandmother, Ruth Jeter of Santuc, SC.
