Mrs. Twyla Frances Bennett Arnett was born 4 January 1934 to C.L. and Alta Bullock Bennett in Sutton, Arkansas. She was the youngest of three children. She was a retired Social Worker for the Arkansas Department of Human Services and a member of Harmony United Methodist Church in Sutton.
Mrs. Arnett pased away peacefully at her home on 11 July 2017. She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband, two daughters, her brother and sister, four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and three "grand dogs."
