She is survived by her husband: Richard Lambert, 2 children: Brittany Lambert and Dylan Lambert both of Dry Ridge, KY, Brothers: Steve Nichols of Dry Ridge, KY, Greg Nichols of Crittenden, KY, a sister: Lisa Nichols Gonzalez of Falmouth, KY, nephews: Jayden & Greyson Gonzalez, nieces: Kinsley Gonzalez, and Kacy Harper.
She was preceded in death by a brother Billy Darrell Nichols.
